Like all previous years Leeuwarden is host to the FWIT
in 2006 to train skilled avaitors to become even better and become a weaponinstructor.This year we could welcome back the Danish after a few
years of absence and sadly enough the Portugese couldn't compete due to
no funding,maybe more luck next time.This
years air to air adversaries were 12 F15C's from RAF Leakenheath.These F15's have almost the same capabilities as the
upgraded F16MLU with helmet mounted cueing system and the AIM9X
side-winder.
